Numbers's Up

A short script set in a hotel on a night the national lottery is drawn. This short was used in an application for funding in 2003 by a young producer, Zed Wong. It was ultimately considered to be too expensive (and therefore bad use of funding money), and the project moved no further. However, as a part of Zed's application I was named director (which probably didn't help him!). I provided him with a 3D animatic of the whole film which you can watch here.
The script, whilst a comedy does deal with some elements of an adult nature. Please do not read or watch the animatic if you feel you may be offended by such material.

Temple Test

A script written in response to an argument I had that it would be impossible to create a sword and sorcery short script, which could be filmed on a budget. Well, it's not been filmed yet, so the jury is still out!

Tales of the Zeppelin

Illustrated by: Frazer Irving | Written by: John Scotcher
Published in 'Dreamy Comics Presents' by Dreamy Comics, this comic strip was the first in an un-yet uncontinued arc of stories about Captain Molly Renolds and her band of adventurers. The story was illustrated by Frazer Irving, who has since(well deservedly) become an award winning comic book artist, working in the mainstream of the industry for such companies and titles as 2000AD and Dark Horse comics.
